Ham sabhee yah jaanate hain ki
kidanee hamaare shareer ka ek bahut mahatvapoorn ang hai. kidanee hamaare
shareer se haanikaarak cheejo ko baahar nikaalane ka kaam karatee hai. kidanee

jyaada taaja phal aur haree sabjiyo ko shaamil karen. jyaada poteshiyam vaale
khaane se bache.apanee dait mein aayaran se bharapoor bhojan ko jyaada shaamil
karen.

naariyal paanee peene se bhee
kidanee hamesha svasth rahatee hai, kyonki naariyal paanee mein kaee tarah ke
vitaamin, phaibar aur minarals pae jaate hain. inake alaava yah kaarbohaidret,
kailshiyam aur paanee ka bhee achchha srot hai. rojaana naariyal paanee peene
